In my current position I serve as manager and main point of contact for CSI leadership training and community involvement through the many CSI Practice Groups. Working closely with other members of my department, I help to facilitate learning and training of leaders within the organization while also providing a conduit between the national office of CSI and the Region and Chapter leaders across the United States.
Prior to my current position I was a member of the technical services department. There I aided in the review, development and publication of the many CSI Formats and Standards. Specific duties included working with the GreenFormat Program Maintenance Task Team, the Uniform Drawing System Modules Task Team, the National CAD Standard Business Group, the CSI Sustainability Practice Group and other task teams and committees as assigned to document or product review and revision.

Responsible for the oversight, development and growth of all 150+ student chapters of the AIAS, sole manager for the Freedom by Design community service program at 57 schools and universities across North America, oversee enrollment for the 6700+ members, design all public materials and convention displays, and produce, facilitate and administer the 6-8 design student design competitions hosted annually between the AIAS and sponsors.

Served as the main point of sales for designer showroom, supervised and recorded the day to day progress of all remodeling jobs for 7 project supervisors, managed all job schedules and project binders, and wrote/designed all project design award submissions for company.

Served as the elected officer of the organization with duties that included; serving as the organizations secretary and treasurer, co-authoring all board agendas and documents, overseeing the governance and finance committee, serving as the student voice on the National Associates Committee of the AIA, serving as the student voice on the Board of Directors for the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture, serving as the student voice on the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards Committee on Education, serving as the guest judge for the AIA/AAF Disadvantaged Minority Scholarship Committee, visiting 68 schools of architecture in three countries and overseeing the outcomes from the 2005 Architecture Internship Conference held in San Antonio, TX.
